Chef Antonio Park has transformed the Montréal restaurant scene with his internationally inspired farm-to-table cuisine.

Today Chef Park debuts YAMA, which in Japanese means ‘mountain’, paying homage to the restaurant’s enviable location on rue de la Montagne, and the ancient belief that the mountain is central to resources such as fresh water, nutrients, meats, fruits and vegetables necessary for good health and well-being.
